Our Brief History

In 1961, Shri Ram Saran Das and Shri Dharam Pal Singh Jain Advocates laid a sustainable foundation based on principles of client satisfaction and delivering excellence in Income Tax & Litigation matters in the same year as the Income Tax Act was introduced in India. The firm established by them is the pioneer in Income Tax matters in India, providing advice to everyone- from big business houses to individuals.

Over 50 years ago, Advocate KC Jain helped define and expand the foundations of our profession and the value of our service, advancing the business from small towns like Bhiwani and Bikaner to Delhi.

This formidable foundation paved the way for our exponential growth, expanding to consultancy services with a client base spanning manufacturing, agriculture, trade, banking, technology, and education, among many others.
